I built Sanctum for the woman who’s done forcing her body into compliance.

Because I've been there.

I’m a practitioner who believes health shouldn’t feel like a second job, or a performance. It should feel like stability.

What I believe

  • Your body isn’t broken. It’s responding.

  • The goal isn’t perfection — it’s stability.

  • You don’t need more discipline. You need more capacity.

  • Data is useful when it reduces fear, not when it creates obsession and replaces intuition.

How I work

  • I slow things down enough to get honest. Real honest.

  • We reduce noise, use data when it’s appropriate, and rebuild foundations so your system can respond again.

You’ll learn what to do, and why. So you leave self-led.

My Truth:

There was a time I was teaching health while quietly abandoning my own. That used to be something I was ashamed to admit.

I looked “well” on the outside, disciplined, high-functioning, doing everything “right.” But inside, my body was running on pressure.

I was performing health, not living it.

I was teaching it, not living it.

Then life made it impossible to keep pretending, and ignoring parts of my health.

I experienced a miscarriage, in a high risk pregnancy.

and I’m not going to package it into a lesson or turn it into a brand story.

I’ll just tell you the truth: it changed me.

It forced me to confront how much of my life and my health, had been held together by force. How even the right nutrition, the right supplements, the knowledge I had… didn’t replace the over performing, never slowing down, and ignoring parts of my health I had for years.

That’s when my work became real.

Not “tips.” Not just protocols. Not perfection. Not plans that require compliance.

A practice.

A way of working that rebuilds stability from the inside out , with enough time, context, and support to actually hold up under real life.

I built this practice, because I lived it. I walked myself back to health, and stability within my health, using this framework.

Sanctum exists for the woman who is tired of restarting.

For the woman who has tried to think her way through her body.

For the woman who is frustrated chasing symptoms, with no resolve.

For the woman who has been strong for so long that her system forgot what safe feels like.

Sanctum is for the high achieving woman, who often puts herself last, and deserves more.

This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about building the capacity to live, and lead, from a regulated place again.

The capacity to receive the benefits of real nutrition and movement. And actually feel results.

If that’s you, you’re in the right room.

I’ve supported women through:

-miscarriage

-fertility struggle

-thyroid disorder

-hormonal collapse

-autoimmune flares

- nervous system collapse

-chronic inflammation

-burnout and depression

-mucosal barrier collapse

-microbiome and gut health repair

-menopause transitions

-weight loss that felt impossible

-unknown health conditions and illness we needed to get to the bottom of.

... oh, and that identity collapse nobody warns you about.

Not as someone above it. As someone who knows what it feels like to try, and try again, and still feel like your body is turning on you.

Your body isn’t failing you.

Your body knows when you’re performing health not living it.

I’ve been there.

I continue to study and seek out knowledge. Daily. This work is not work to me. It is what I am meant to do, it is my passion, and deeply important to me. I am honored to work with the women I do. Being a part of someone’s health journey in any capacity is remarkable, and I am grateful to do this work.

I work with clients not only from a place of credentials and clinical training. I work with clients from a place of real understanding.

Im not just a nutritionist, and functional health practitioner. Ive been through the collapse and rebuild of my own health.

I know the difference between textbook, and real life.

Ive lived this, Ive walked women through it, not just read about it.
