Lets clarify. What IS capacity anyway?

Capacity is the amount of physical, emotional, and mental bandwidth your system has available at a given time.

It changes.

It is influenced by stress, travel, hormones, sleep, digestion, nutrition, life transitions, and nervous system load.

Capacity IS:

  • A measurement of available resources within yourself.

  • Fluid , and seasonal

  • A nervous system reality

Capacity is NOT:

  • A measurement discipline

  • Personal failure

  • A reflection of your worth or effort

  • Laziness or weakness.
